Questions
Everything about how DueRadar keeps your local scholarship deadlines in one list.
Which scholarships can I add?
Any scholarship with a public web page or PDF: community foundations, civic clubs, credit unions, employers, your high school or your college department.
How does it find the deadline?
It reads the page you paste and pulls out the open date, deadline and amount. You confirm them in one click, and you can edit any date by hand. Each date is shown with the sentence it came from, and a date only goes into your list if the page itself prints it.
What if a page can't be read?
Some sites block automatic visits or put dates in a login portal. Then you type the date once and we still remind you; we keep trying to watch the page.
What if the page gives no year?
Many foundations write "January 1 to March 31" because the window repeats every year. We fill in the next one and mark it as yearly, so you check the year before you confirm.
When do reminders come?
30, 14, 7 and 1 day before each deadline, from 7 in the morning your time, plus an email the day a watched page changes. On Sunday evenings you get a short digest of what's due in the next 3 weeks.
What does a page-change alert look like?
An email that says "this page just changed", with the new lines and the removed lines highlighted, a one-line summary such as "the page now says applications open December 1, 2026", and the new dates to confirm.
Can I share my list?
Yes. Make a read-only link for a classmate, a parent or your counselor. It shows the scholarships and dates, never your email, and you can turn it off any time. There's also a calendar feed for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Is it free?
Up to 5 scholarships with reminders is free. Unlimited scholarships and daily page watching is $5 a month after a 7-day trial; cancel any time.
Do you find scholarships for me?
No. You bring the links you care about, and we make sure you never lose track of them. Always confirm details on the sponsor's page.
Where does the data come from?
Only from the public pages you add. We visit each one when you add it and then once a day, at a gentle pace, under a name that says who we are, and we respect sites that ask programs not to visit. We keep a text copy of the page to spot changes; we don't republish it.
